Most of Aastha Solar’s products and services are customized and installation-based. Therefore, refunds are not automatically applicable for every order.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment has been made
  2. Service has not been initiated or delivered
  3. Order is cancelled before work has started
  4. Incorrect payment due to a technical error

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  1. Once installation or project work has started
  2. After custom design, material procurement, or system preparation has begun
  3. In case of change of mind by the customer
  4. Delays caused by external factors such as weather conditions, government approvals, or site issues

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must:

  2. Provide valid proof of payment
  3. Allow time for verification and review

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original payment method.

5. Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is only possible before the commencement of work. Once the project or installation process has started, cancellation will not be allowed.
