1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the work or service has been started.

Once the project, installation, or material procurement has begun, cancellation will not be accepted.

2. Service Cancellation

For installation-based services such as solar system setup, cancellation is only possible if:

  1. Site inspection has not been completed, or
  2. Work has not been initiated

If work has already started, cancellation requests will not be approved.

3. Refund on Cancellation

If a cancellation request is approved:

  1. Eligible refund (if any) will be processed after deducting applicable charges such as inspection cost, processing fee, or material handling cost
  2. Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

4. Non-Cancellable Cases

Cancellation is not allowed in the following cases:

  1. After installation or project execution has started
  2. After customized system design or material procurement
  3. For special or made-to-order solar solutions

To request a cancellation, customers must:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide order details and reason for cancellation
  3. Wait for confirmation from our support team
